Robbins Recruiting Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing national tax consulting firm to identify an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing inside sales team focused on acquiring new corporate clients in the commercial real estate and property tax consulting space. This role is ideal for a driven sales leader who thrives on coaching teams, building strong pipelines, and driving consistent revenue growth. The Inside Sales Manager will play a key role in executing a professional services sales strategy for small and mid-size corporate clients while developing and mentoring sales professionals across the full sales cycle. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of sales management or supervisory experience
  • 5+ years of successful B2B or professional services sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales professionals to achieve results
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and sales performance
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience tracking team performance and implementing improvement plans
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments
  • Ability to travel up to 10% annually for company or industry events

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the inside sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide ongoing one-on-one coaching across the full sales cycle including prospecting, development, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing
  • Conduct joint customer calls, phone observations, and sales strategy planning sessions
  • Train and develop team members to strengthen sales skills and product knowledge
  • Develop and execute territory and sales action plans
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and pipeline activity
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve team performance
  • Ensure efficient use of CRM systems and sales tools
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new sales representatives
  • Continuously refine interviewing and selection processes
  • Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and growth
  • Represent Sales in cross-functional business reviews and strategy discussions
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to drive sales initiatives
  • Address escalated client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Compile and present sales reports to senior leadership
