MosquitoNix is a rapidly expanding national mosquito control franchise brand with new locations opening each month across the United States. The Inside Sales Manager will lead and develop a centralized sales team responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into system installations and services for franchise locations. This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the inside sales team, improving conversion rates, building scalable sales processes, and ensuring franchise territories receive consistent, high-quality sales support from the Customer Aquistion Center (CAC). The ideal candidate is a strong sales leader who thrives in a fast-growing environment and can balance coaching, performance management, CRM reporting, and process development.
