As the Installation Manager you will manage and coordinate the budgeting, scheduling, bidding, requirements for installation of new furniture, and reconfigurations projects. Responsibilities include determining the scope of work, coordinating and scheduling the appropriate resources, working with client and alliance partners to determine project needs from internal & external vendors while maintaining excellent communication with all parties. Lead and manage assigned projects performance (Cost, Quality, Safety, Delivery and Sales). Responsible for all profit & loss with assigned projects as well as closure of projects and additional change orders. This position is expected to work varied work hours, 40+ hours per week, but hours can vary depending on work load demands.
