About The Position

The Intake Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all requests for services to a multidisciplinary clinic are processed in a timely, accurate, appropriate manner with the highest service quality being delivered to our patients and referring provider offices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in a medical office setting
• strong scheduling experience preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. An equivalent combination of education and work experience to achieve a similar level of performance will be considered.
