How You’ll Help Us Connect the World As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for core HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance as part of the North American HR team. You will work closely with different functions of the business including Operations, EH&S, Quality, Engineering and others to. This role will be based in Claremont, NC. You Will Make an Impact By Supporting the development of and transition to electronic HR management systems. Identify gaps in HR processes and help develop standard work instructions. Work with the HR & Leadership team to strengthen the succession planning and action process. Consult on employee relations issues. Policy Audit and Employee Handbook creation Workforce Analysis: Analyze workplace demographics and turnover; present findings and recommendations to HR and Leadership Create HR KPI Dashboard of Key Metrics to enable data-driven decision making Work with leadership as a business partner to maintain a strong collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s (upcoming sophomores, juniors & seniors) or master’s degree in human resources from an accredited university
  • Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
