The Project Management Intern assists project engineers, project managers and other senior managers to complete construction deliverables successfully by organizing project documents to ensure the relevant documentation is available for meetings. During an internship, the student will have the opportunity to observe project management professionals in all phases of their role and may assist the project management team with various tasks related to the project, such as reviewing and preparing documents.

Nice To Haves

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a degree for Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field
  • Experience: No prior experience required

Responsibilities

  • Review deliverables prepared by team before submitting to client.
  • Provide update/status reporting for work in progress including costs and schedules.
  • Provide bid packages to contractors.
  • Conduct close out activities and assist with building occupancy.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Attendance at work during normal business hours.
