AbelsonTaylor Group is looking for 9 Chicago area-based interns to join our 2026 Summer Internship Program, nextgenerATion. Our internship program offers a rewarding experience that fosters creativity, collaboration, and inclusivity. You’ll collaborate with professionals across all levels, gaining hands-on experience to give you a competitive edge in your career. During the program, you’ll have the chance to engage with teams from various departments. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with fellow interns on an exciting, summer-long group project! Project Management Intern Our Project Managers contribute to and implement the structure and organization that pushes ad campaigns from their initial creation all the way through to the finish line. As a project management intern, you’ll help oversee the overall internal project management process, ensuring jobs stay on track and escalating any issues as needed.

Requirements

  • An expected 2026 graduate, or a rising senior (graduating 2027).
  • You are a dependable, self-motivated professional who thrives in a hybrid schedule, with optional remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and required on-site presence in our Chicago office Tuesdays through Thursdays.
  • Curious about agency life, structure, culture, and project management processes and responsibilities.
  • Obsessed with the nitty gritty details, time-management, organization, and eager to learn new skills.
  • A champion of diversity and an inclusive culture, who uses cultural competence to propel agency and client business forward.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with seasoned Project Managers as they develop and manage a range of print and digital materials, and brand budgets.
  • Develop an understanding of the financial oversight of projects, as well as timelines and resource forecasting.
  • Gain exposure to a range of projects, therapeutic areas, clients, and the behind-the-scenes decisions that influence careers and business growth.
  • Shadow the project management team throughout the lifecycle of a project and get an up-close view of how a campaign comes to life.
  • Collaborate with fellow interns on a comprehensive, final project to feature in your professional portfolio.
