About The Position
Georgia Medical Staffing is in need of an IM physician for a 1+ year contract with the VA in Augusta, GA. Details: Location: Augusta VA/Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center One Freedom Way, Augusta, GA 30904 Dates: 07/01/26 - 6/30/27 (with option to extend contract) Hours: M-F, 8a-4:30p ANY unencumbered state license BC or truly BE IM Scope - Comprehensive Primary Care Care Coordination Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Geriatric and Pallative Care Integration Women's Health Telehealth and Virtual Care Consultation and Referral Documentation & Compliance Inpatient Admission Review Communication of test results Administrative Duties (10%) Pay: $160 per hour, contract employee Living stipend provided, if needed
Requirements
- Must be BC or BE Internal Medicine
- Any active, unencumbered state licensure
