About The Position

We are seeking an Internal Technical Operations & Development Lead to support internal technology systems while also building and improving digital tools that support business operations. This role blends hands-on IT support with practical software, website, and application development focused on solving real business problems and keeping the company running from an IT perspective.

Requirements

  • Technical support or IT experience
  • Demonstrated experience building: Small applications or internal tools Automation scripts or programs
  • Strong working knowledge of: Windows and macOS Networking fundamentals Modern web technologies or development platforms
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently and manage competing priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with: JavaScript, Python, or similar languages Web frameworks or no-code/low-code platforms App deployment and basic cloud infrastructure
  • Familiarity with POS systems or operational software
  • Experience in small or mid-sized business environments

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal technology issues
  • Troubleshoot and maintain: Computers (Windows & Mac) Tablets and mobile devices Printers, scanners, phones, and peripherals Email systems and user access
  • Provision, configure, and offboard employee devices and accounts
  • Manage and maintain: Networks (Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls) Security cameras and access systems POS systems and operational hardware
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers
  • Maintain clean documentation for systems, credentials, and configurations
  • Maintain Internal tools, dashboards, and utilities Lightweight applications and automation scripts
  • Develop programs that improve: Workflow efficiency Reporting and data visibility Task automation and system integration
  • Maintain and iterate on deployed solutions over time
  • Support and administer platforms such as: Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace POS, CRM, scheduling, and operations systems
  • Integrate third-party tools via APIs or automation platforms when appropriate
  • Implement best practices for: Data backups Access control Password and device security
  • Monitor systems for failures, vulnerabilities, or inefficiencies
  • Act as the internal technical authority
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Proactively recommend improvements and scalable systems
