About The Position

Directs and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in warehouse, inventory control and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Management is desired
  • 5 or more years warehouse or inventory control management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and MRP/ERP Software with the ability to be trained in use of the Company-specific applications and software
  • Knowledge and understanding of technical construction specifications and materials purchased (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to define problems, asses options and make appropriate decisions
  • Ability and willingness to demonstrate ethical behavior and a high level of integrity
  • Good self management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage staff with a servant leadership approach
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet strict deadlines promptly
  • Ability to take independent actions and calculated risks
  • Detail oriented to ensure accuracy and thoroughness
  • Ability to plan strategically, set targeted goals and implement steps to reach established goals
  • Professional demeanor
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good customer service skills
