About The Position

That's why we're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Inventory Manager to join our team and help keep our dispensary operations on point. As an Inventory Manager, you'll take charge of the day-to-day operations of the inventory department. From auditing and compliance to merchandising and organization, you'll be the person who ensures everything is exactly where it should be-accurate, compliant, and customer-ready. Alongside management, you'll lead a team of inventory staff and keep things running smoothly. The Inventory Manager role is more than managing stock-it's about stepping into leadership. At Jenny's, many of our Inventory Managers, Store Managers, and Operations Leaders started in this role. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Must meet all state requirements for cannabis industry employment

Nice To Haves

  • Experienced in cannabis retail inventory management (1+ year preferred)
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Skilled at training, mentoring, and guiding a team
  • Comfortable handling audits, compliance requirements, and fast-moving priorities
  • A strong multitasker who works well under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and audit inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with SOPs and regulations
  • Maintain merchandising standards so shelves and displays are fully stocked and flawless
  • Train and mentor inventory staff, providing feedback and tracking development progress
  • Delegate tasks and balance workloads to keep the team efficient and organized
  • Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and other departments to coordinate inventory projects, product placement, and promotions
  • Model professionalism and reliability while enforcing company policies fairly and consistently
