Nottingham Spirk (NS) is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician. This is an hourly, seasonal role, meaning hours may vary 0-40 hours per week. Job Summary The IT Help Desk Technician plays an important role in support of all NS Associates. The ideal candidate must be professional, have exceptional task and time management abilities, keen intuition and strong problem solving, and listening skills. With the reporting matrix and fast-paced environment at the Company, effective interpersonal and relationship management skills are necessary. The successful candidate will be able to respond, calculate, troubleshoot, manage and implement processes along with exceptional follow-up and communication skills. This person will be responsible for all Help Desk and IT related duties and completing them with excellence and minimal supervision.
