IT Knowledge Specialist & Business Process Reengineering Specialist
About The Position
ATSI support services are growing. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional with a proven track record of success to join our team. This full-time position supports the Office of Naval Research (ONR). The IT Knowledge Specialist & Business Process Reengineering Specialist will provide knowledge management, SharePoint administration, and business process support to ONR Global. The selected candidate will accept technical tasking and task prioritization direction from the ONR Global Command Information Officer (CIO), who will serve as the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) for this position. The role will support the management, administration, and maintenance of SharePoint-based knowledge management systems and assist with improving business processes and information sharing across ONR Global. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong experience in SharePoint administration, knowledge management systems, and business process support, while ensuring effective collaboration and information management for ONR personnel and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance.
- Documented successful completion of a Microsoft SharePoint 2013 Site Collections Manager training course.
- Demonstrated SharePoint 2013 proficiency with at least three (3) years of experience managing and enforcing Site Collections Manager responsibilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency with three (3) years of experience operating, maintaining, and editing content in Microsoft SharePoint, including Libraries, Lists, Site Collections/Columns, Workspaces, Pages, and Communities of Interest (COIs).
- Demonstrated proficiency with three (3) years of experience managing and enforcing Microsoft SharePoint access and permissions for groups and individual users.
- Demonstrated proficiency with three (3) years of experience operating, maintaining, and editing SharePoint-based business applications and workflows.
- Proficiency in the operation and basic administration of Science and Technology (S&T) knowledge management and business execution systems, including Navy ERP and PPS, or similar systems.
- Demonstrated experience performing basic website administration, including updating website content such as text, images, and other information.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while supporting ONR Global information management and business process improvement initiatives.
