Overview: We are seeking a hands-on, proactive IT Support Analyst to join our team. This role covers a broad range of responsibilities—from software and hardware support to onboarding, asset tracking, and supporting IT-related building systems. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day IT needs, helping the business stay productive and secure.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT support or IT operations experience in a business or enterprise environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, hardware, and common business applications
  • Familiarity with IT asset management and lifecycle management best practices
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, switches, Wi-Fi, and VoIP systems
  • experience with virtual machine (VM) environments such as VMware or similar virtualization platforms
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems)
  • Basic SQL knowledge and ability to perform simple queries for troubleshooting, reporting, or system data verification
  • Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or logistics-related systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors

Responsibilities

  • Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and processes to manage incidents, service requests, and change management activities.
  • Maintain proper documentation of IT procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Create and maintain user guides and internal support documentation.
  • Provide general IT support for end users, including software and hardware installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
  • Manage the new hire onboarding process, including device provisioning, account setup, and orientation support for IT systems.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, including laptops, monitors, peripherals, and software licenses.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, ensuring a smooth collaboration and productivity experience for end users.
  • rack and manage IT-related services and subscriptions, including Internet and telecom services, Adobe Creative Suite, server hosting, and cloud platforms.
  • Manage and maintain server hardware and related infrastructure, including installation, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
  • Support and administer virtual machines (VMs) in a virtualization environment (such as VMware or similar platforms), including deployment, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Perform network troubleshooting and basic network maintenance, including switches, routers, and connectivity issues.
  • Support warehouse-related IT systems, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related operational technologies.
  • Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement, IT service delivery, and system maintenance.
  • Participate in IT system implementation projects as a project coordinator or project manager when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure IT projects and operational tasks are delivered efficiently.
