Job Description Position Summary: Plant System Support is entry level position responsible for daily plant floor (MES/Traceability) and office space support for IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to computer hardware, virtual computers, maintain network equipment and enterprise systems supporting end user computers. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Reports to Corporate Regional IT Manager. Essential Job Functions: Active Directory user account management. Maintain and update Active Directory users/computers/printers. Installing, configuring, and administering Microsoft Windows 10/11 Professional. Setup, change, and terminate user Exchange email accounts. Create and triage incoming service desk tickets. Maintain onsite PBX and voicemail system (i.e. reset vmail password or ID on the phones) As the Client-Side Support troubleshoot and resolve Help Desk Tickets of Users at both Corporate and Plants were necessary. Document actions taken to resolve the issue. Responsible for creating IT process documentation and team training materials. Responsible for ensuring that customer requirements are met. Configure, deploy, and track desktop, laptop, printers and other IT equipment for office staff and plant floor production equipment. Perform routine maintenance and administrative tasks including printer and other hardware maintenance for office staff and plant floor production equipment. Ability to deal with stressful situations as well as being on feet for long periods of time. Ability to troubleshoot MES/Traceability plant floor systems. Ability to work weekends from time to time as well as be on call. Ability to keep work areas clean and organized. This is an on-site role with up to 25% travel required. Qualifications for External Candidates Minimal experience, willingness to learn and demonstrating competency in: Technical Support; Remote Support; Desktop Support; Windows Server / Active Directory; Windows 10/11; Networking; Phone System Support; Break/Fix. Requirements

Minimal experience, willingness to learn and demonstrating competency in: Technical Support; Remote Support; Desktop Support; Windows Server / Active Directory; Windows 10/11; Networking; Phone System Support; Break/Fix.
Knowledge and experience resolving Active Directory, Exchange, VMware Environment, LAN/WAN, hardware, and software issues and troubleshooting and maintaining routers and switches in a multi-site enterprise IP network.
Plant Floor/Manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of MES/Traceability software as well as OPC software (Kepware etc.)
Basic Linux skills to troubleshoot/configure MES systems. (Ubuntu etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience monitoring progress of projects and working independently and proactively within tight, concurrent deadlines with accuracy.
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively internally and externally in a team environment.
Need to have the ability to get Lift Certified
Need to be able lift 50 lbs.
