You will provide IT support in a modern cloud-based environment and support your colleagues with their questions and technical issues.. You will support employees located in all global offices, with on-site support from our Denver location. You will provide timely hardware and software solutions for employees both remotely and on-site, ensuring communication throughout the resolution process via our internal support ticketing system. You create and maintain documentation on our systems and support processes. You will manage varying level priorities of tasks and maintain the workflow of our day to day needs You will provide hands-on support to a developing NA Office in Denver, CO.
