About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Social Media Assistant to support our day-to-day social media efforts. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, is creative, and is looking to gain hands-on experience in content posting and basic digital engagement. This position focuses on assisting with content execution rather than strategy development.

Requirements

Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction
Comfortable using a smartphone for photos/videos
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior experience is a plus, but not required

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of apps like Canva or similar tools
Interest in marketing, communications, or media

Responsibilities

Assist with posting content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Capture basic photos and short videos during programs, events, or activities
Ensure posts follow brand guidelines and are appropriate for the audience
Support simple content creation such as captions, graphics, or short clips
Assist with other related tasks as needed
