Why This Job Stands Out $19–$34/hour – hourly pay + tips + performance bonuses + profit share. Four days a week, 40 hours guaranteed – 8–12 hour shifts with one weekend day required. Requirements

  • 23+ years old (required for commercial truck insurance).
  • Valid driver’s license (CDL not required) and clean driving record for the past 3 years.
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Great communication skills and strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable with tattoos, piercings, and beards — just keep it professional.
  • A team player who enjoys physical, active work.

Responsibilities

  • Start the day at our University City office near the Delmar Loop with a morning meeting and truck inspection.
  • Work in a team of two, driving our clean, branded trucks to help customers reclaim their space.
  • Provide pricing, load items, and dispose of them responsibly through recycling and donations.
  • Communicate with our operations team throughout the day to keep jobs running smoothly.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while making a difference in the community.
