Learn more at www.hbfuller.com. The R&D Technician is responsible for providing support to team scientists, assisting on NPI products verification, and the corresponding tests. This position may support sales and QC team for customer complaint investigation on some occasions.

Requirements

Junior college or above for chemistry related majors;
4-6 years experiences in this field or technical support;
Good hands-on skills;
Good communication skill, good teamwork skills;
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Perform more complex laboratory procedures and experiments with minimal supervision.
Analyze experimental results and report findings to senior team members.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs and maintenance.
Participate in the design and optimization of experimental protocols.
Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute research projects.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
