Requirements

Desired 2 years of experience as a Project Foreman within the Green Industry or in a leadership role within the Green industry.
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage teams and budgets.
We value individuals with great character, quiet confidence, and eagerness to continue learning and improving.
Must be able to lift and carry materials and work in various weather conditions.
Chauffer's License, clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

CDL is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead and Manage a team of 2-3 employees to execute landscape installations according to design specifications and work orders while ensuring that work is completed on time and within scope.
Lead the installation of various landscape installations such as patios, lighting systems, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and commercial landscape installations.
Track and manage the team and progress along with the Operations Manager to ensure profitability on each installation job.
Ensure each job meets the PROCARE standard of safety and excellence.
Communicate the job scope and expectations effectively to the team.
Communicate efficiently and honestly with the Operations Manager on all aspects of each landscape installation.
