About The Position
This is a working supervisor role, so you’ll be hands-on while leading the crew in the field. You’ll help keep projects moving smoothly and make sure everything looks top-notch.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 35 lbs repeatedly (mulch happens 😄)
- 1–3 years of landscaping experience
- Valid NC driver’s license with a good driving record
- Leadership skills and a “let’s get it done” attitude
Responsibilities
- Directing crew members on tasks assigned by the foreman and manager
- Mowing, mulching, planting sod, and general landscape installation
- Assisting with irrigation and spraying as needed
- Leading by example—working alongside your team, not just overseeing
