We've been in business for over 27 years here in Las Vegas, and we have an open position for a bookkeeper / admin staff member. Here are some of the general office duties that are not the main responsibilities but are also incorporated as part of job description/duties: Answer phones in professional manner from clients and vendor partners. Some assisting with routing and dispatching of technicians. Correspond with client and vendors via email in professional manner. Assist with inventory counts and tracking. Assist with preparing and presenting quotes to clients. Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30 (Some flexibility ok).
