Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests.
• Use hosting and POS systems.
• Take and process carry-out orders.
• Handle cash, cards, coupons, and voids.
• Keep lobby and FOH clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Maintain guest database and send daily reports.
• Check on tables, ensure satisfaction, and recover service when needed.
• Support servers, bussers, and expo during busy times.
• Open and close restaurant areas as key holder, including walk-throughs and locking.
• Follow safety, sanitation, dress, and schedule requirements.
• Help guests with directions, village info, and menu descriptions.
• Assist in leader responsibilities when Captain is not available.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
