About The Position

The Learning & Development Manager plays a key role in both leading project management and execution across the Learning & Development function and designing, facilitating, and managing impactful learning programs. This role owns the end-to-end program development lifecycle from needs analysis and program design through implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a strategic and organized learning professional who excels at project management, stakeholder collaboration, and translating business needs into scalable learning solutions. This individual will oversee the planning and execution of enterprise learning programs, partnering with subject matter experts, leaders, and the Learning and Development team to deliver high-impact development experiences across multiple modalities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or corporate training
  • Demonstrated experience leading or managing large scale end-to-end learning programs or development initiatives
  • Experience facilitating or supporting leadership development workshops or learning programs
  • Experience designing and developing interactive e-learning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or similar platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple programs, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Ability to translate organizational goals and business needs into practical learning solutions
  • Experience collaborating with senior leaders and subject matter experts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze feedback, participation data, and outcomes to improve program effectiveness
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies
  • Requires a background check upon offer

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting leadership development, onboarding, or employee development programs
  • Project management certification or experience with structured project management approaches

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of enterprise learning programs that support organizational priorities and team member development
  • Translate strategy into clear roadmaps, timelines, and execution plans for key initiatives
  • Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and translate business needs into scalable learning solutions
  • Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual learning experiences, including leadership development workshops and specialty learning programs
  • Manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously, including project planning, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
  • Oversee the development and coordination of program materials, including facilitator guides, participant resources, and supporting learning assets
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of live learning experiences, including workshops, leadership programs, and virtual learning sessions
  • Monitor program participation, learner feedback, and impact metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure learning programs are aligned with IMG Academy’s culture, brand standards, and leadership expectations
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, facilitators, and other L&D team members to deliver cohesive and engaging learning experiences
  • Manage logistics and operational aspects of learning programs, including scheduling, communication, and resource coordination
  • Stay current on trends in leadership development, employee learning, and talent development to bring innovative approaches to IMG Academy’s learning strategy
