Position Summary The Licensed Social Worker / Licensed Professional Counselor provides clinical assessment, mental health counseling, case management, and care coordination to youth ages 5–17 in schools, homes, and community settings. This role is key in assessing, diagnosing, developing therapeutic goals, and implementing evidence-based interventions that reflect our trauma-informed approach.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling (or Bachelor’s in Social Work with LSW).
  • Current Ohio LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual counseling sessions to support mental and emotional wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with parents, school staff, and community partners to support treatment goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Participate in supervision, training, and professional development.
