Your Role in our Mission We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design and execute personalized, multi-channel campaigns that guide customers through their entire journey with a brand, from first touch to loyalty, aiming to boost engagement, retention, and lifetime value by delivering the right message at the right time using marketing automation and data analysis. They map customer touchpoints, manage automated journeys (email, SMS, etc.), analyze performance, and work cross-functionally to create a cohesive, data-driven customer experience. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will also help drive engagement, retention, and e-commerce growth through personalized, data-driven lifecycle campaigns. In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of our B2C strategy, leveraging marketing automation tools to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. You will collaborate closely with our Partner and Client Success teams to deliver targeted, performance-driven journeys that maximize customer lifetime value and support our commercial goals.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and marketing automation tools.
  • Comfortable working with data to identify trends, measure results, and optimize future campaigns.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated customer engagement initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation within B2C or SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze or other centralized communication platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, deploy, and optimize multi-channel campaigns using Braze.
  • Manage all campaign operations, including audience segmentation, workflow setup, QA, and scheduling.
  • Execute and optimize B2C lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive user engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze and understand customer journey and touchpoints to optimize experience and upsell experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align programs with broader business objectives.
  • Support the development of automated user journeys that enhance personalization and customer lifetime value.
  • Develop engagement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase retention rates.
