Here’s what you’d be responsible for:

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year experience in food service preparation preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and have the ability to withstand repetitive reaching and bending.
• Responsible handling of hot equipment, sharp objects, and navigating wet floors required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push a cart weighing up to 150 lbs. required.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours required.

Responsibilities

• Preparation, production, and presentation of food items
• Operation of standard commercial kitchen equipment
• Set up, cleaning, sanitation, and closing of workstations and kitchen
• Accurate testing of prepared food items to ensure proper temperature and quality
• Labeling and dating products to ensure food safety and quality
• General cleaning duties of area and equipment
