The Temporary HR Benefits - Leave of Absence Administrator (LOA Administrator) will support the Human resources Leave of Absence department by providing critical administrative and operational support to the HR Leave of Absence (LOA) team. This individual will work independently to manage daily tasks associated with employee leave cases, compliance tracking, ensuring timely and accurate processing of leave releated request and documentation. They will exercise a high level of independent judgement and critical thinking in decision making, and be fully versed on FMLA and any other company provided leaves as well as any State regulated leaves. Will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as compliance with Health Care Reform/Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Americans with Disability Act (ADA) and Workers Compensation. This position administers and manages leave programs, including updating and improving system process and procedures.
