MRO Technician (Manufacturing) You know parts. You know machines. You know what stops production. What You'll Do Manage and organize MRO inventory (maintenance, repair, and operations supplies) Ensure critical parts are stocked, tracked, and ready when needed Work closely with maintenance and production teams Source parts, place orders, and manage vendors Help reduce downtime by making sure the right materials are always available Maintain accurate inventory records and improve stock processes Support the continuous improvement of MRO systems and the organization What We're Looking For Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong understanding of maintenance parts, tools, and equipment Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and industrial components Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Someone who's been around manufacturing for a while and wants something new, but still hands-on and impactful Skills That Help Inventory management or storeroom experience CMMS or ERP system experience (a plus, not required) Ability to read part numbers, manuals, and equipment documentation Comfortable working around production equipment and maintenance teams Why Join Us? Requirements

  • Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and industrial components

  • Someone who's been around manufacturing for a while and wants something new, but still hands-on and impactful

Nice To Haves

  • Inventory management or storeroom experience
  • CMMS or ERP system experience (a plus, not required)
  • Ability to read part numbers, manuals, and equipment documentation
  • Comfortable working around production equipment and maintenance teams
