As a Consumer Insights Manager, you’ll play a key part in driving CarMax’s success as a customer-centric company by helping the organization: Further understand how consumers shop for and sell cars Improve the customer experience across channels Better convert customers into buyers & sellers Develop and enhance strategies that meet evolving consumer needs This role will provide the opportunity to apply strategic thinking, problem solving, market research methodologies, and data analytics to unique and complex problems. This individual will be a leader within the CarMax marketing team, informing, persuading, influencing, and supporting consumer-driven initiatives within marketing and beyond.
