TITLE: Manager, Corporate FP&A WHAT YOU’LL DO: The Manager, Corporate FP&A is responsible for driving consolidated financial reporting, planning, and analysis across the enterprise. This role manages the end-to-end consolidation of monthly close reporting, quarterly forecasts, and annual operating plans, and helps prepare ELT and Board of Directors for financial deliverables. This individual partners closely with Accounting, business unit FP&A, and leadership to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of financial results and forward-looking projections. The role also supports preparation of materials for ELT and Board reporting, delivering clear insights into company performance, risks, and opportunities. The ideal candidate brings strong financial reporting expertise, as well as advanced technical and analytical capabilities. Demonstrated experience owning and implementing process improvements and system enhancements within FP&A through use or AI and automation tools is a must. Deep experience with Adaptive Planning or similar FP&A software (Oracle EPM/Planning, Anaplan, etc.) is also required. This position operates as an individual contributor with significant enterprise impact and visibility.
