Applicants from outside Texas must be willing to relocate within 30 days of hire. Performs advanced managerial work overseeing the Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Rate Research and Implementation team within the Provider Finance Department. The team is responsible for researching, implementing, and maintaining Medicaid and other health and human services reimbursement setting methodologies and rates for LTSS providers, including operational execution of new rate initiatives and legislative direction. Establishes goals, priorities, standards, and quality controls; ensures adherence to state and federal policies and requirements; and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders. Works under minimal supervision, with extensive latitude for initiative and independent judgment. Supervises the work of others.
