About The Position

Intermountain Hospital is looking for a dynamic Social Services Manager! Our Social Services Manager will provide administrative leadership and clinical direction and oversight to the Social Services Department. Responsibilities include managing the Social Services Department and the services offered through the department, maintaining the department schedule, providing training and oversight to social services staff, support social services staff with identified needs, provide guidance regarding complex patient planning and potential risk factors, and collaborate with other mental health providers to assist with developing and sustaining positive working relationships. Intermountain Hospital, located in Boise, has been providing quality psychiatric and chemical dependency services to Idaho's Treasure Valley and the western US since 1980. This 151-bed facility is located on 10 beautiful acres near the foothills of Idaho's dramatic Sawtooth Mountains. Requirements

  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
  • Minimun of five year's experience in psychiatric/mental health field.
