If you enjoy working in a creative, fast-paced environment, then we would love to hear from you! — Who You Are: The Manager, Strategic Sourcing is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across the Marketing & Advertising category that drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure category compliance. This role leads sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs, negotiations), monitors the market, and builds supplier relationships. This person may also coach junior sourcing and procurement staff and partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement efforts with business needs. Success requires the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects / initiatives simultaneously, often across different business units and timelines. What You’ll Do: Develop multi-year category strategies aligned with business objectives and global strategic sourcing priorities. Partner with internal stakeholders to establish spend baselines and annual savings targets, ensuring alignment and formal savings validation. Serve as a procurement subject matter expert, utilizing industry trends, internal spend data, and analytical insights to identify optimization opportunities that support business goals. Lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies and supplier spend management initiatives, including complex sourcing projects and contract negotiations to maximize value. Apply advanced analytics and procurement technologies to support data-driven sourcing decisions and uncover cost and efficiency opportunities. Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their needs and serve as a trusted advisor for managing spend and supplier relationships. Foster cross-functional collaboration with IT, Marketing, Advertising, Finance, Operations, HR, Privacy, and Legal to align sourcing initiatives and drive business outcomes. Ensure compliance with procurement policy Manage the resolution of sourcing and supplier-related issues. Continuously evaluate the market for new suppliers, products, and services to enhance category strategies and deliver maximum value. Review and negotiate supplier agreements to support the organization’s short-, mid-, and long-term business needs. Leverage data analytics for cost modeling and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis to support business cases, sourcing strategies, and negotiations.
