Requirements
- Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering experience gained from educational projects, relevant internships, or practical work experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality, tooling, preventative maintenance, and facilities
- Experience with engineering tools and systems
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing engineering experience supporting assembly operations of similar products
- Experience leading or supporting complex engineering projects and assignments, including capital projects
- Experience with Engineering and Manufacturing tools such as AutoCAD, Creo, MPPlanner, AMES, JDAAT, SAP
Responsibilities
- Provide support and basic trouble shooting for current assembly operations
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety, quality, delivery and cost
- Establish and maintain layouts, labor standards, methods and sequence of events for assembly operations
- Support moderate to large scope operations improvement projects
