About The Position

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator plays a critical operational role within Plastic Ingenuity's Marketing & Communications team. This position is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and executing a wide range of marketing, branding, and internal communication initiatives-ensuring projects move from concept through completion with clarity, consistency, and attention to detail. This role is ideal for a highly organized, execution-focused professional who thrives on managing multiple workstreams, tracking details over long timelines, and bringing structure to complex or repeatable processes. The Coordinator ensures that ideas, plans, and requests do not stall or fall through the cracks, even when execution spans weeks or months.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management & Execution
  • Own day-to-day coordination of marketing projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly defined, tracked, and completed.
  • Serve as the central point of accountability for moving projects forward-following up with internal teams, vendors, and partners until tasks are fully closed.
  • Maintain project plans, task lists, timelines, and documentation to support long-term initiatives that require sustained attention.
  • Manage recurring requests efficiently by building repeatable processes and organizational systems.
  • Trade Show & Event Coordination
  • Lead logistical planning and execution for trade shows and event
  • Ensure materials re organized, documented, and ready for reuse to prevent last-minute scrambles or costly reorders.
  • Vendor & Resource Coordination
  • Manage vendor relationships and logistics, including:
  • Requesting quotes and supporting RFP processes, tracking orders, invoices, and delivery timelines
  • Support sourcing and purchasing for branded materials
  • ABM & Sales Enablement Support
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
  • Assist with CRM updates, contact research, mailing address validation, and campaign organization.
  • Organize sales tools, digital assets, and image libraries to ensure teams can easily access current, approved materials.
  • Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
  • Draft, organize, and distribute internal communications such as announcements, newsletters, and engagement materials.
  • Maintain and update internal communication tools
  • Collaborate with HR on recruiting campaigns, onboarding materials, and employee engagement initiatives, providing structure and execution support.
  • Brand & Content Support
  • Support the Brand Manager with coordination of brand-related initiatives
  • Assist with content execution such as photography, video coordination, and social media support
  • Coordinate pulling 3D renderings, organizing visual assets, and supporting content production workflows.
  • External Communications & PR Support
  • Collaborate with external PR partners to
