About The Position

Our Marketing Manager will be going on maternity leave soon which means that TympaHealth require a Marketing Manager to help promote the brand and its services via digital platforms. This role is key in helping the development, growth and success of the Company. You will be joining a Company that is going from strength to strength and this is an opportunity to make a difference to people’s lives and play a visible role in it’s success. The Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) will plan business to business (B2B) digital marketing campaigns and maintain social media presence across multiple channels. As a dynamic, growth focused business the role will require a broad range of responsibilities and needs a motivated, self starting individual. Tasks will commonly cover website development, search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies, email marketing, CRM, online advertising, pay per click and influencer marketing. You will be required to track, measure, improve and report the performance of campaigns. You will work closely with marketing teams including designers, developers and writers to manage projects under the leadership of the UK General Manager. Your work will also include collaboration with affiliate partner programmes in sectors such as Pharmacy, Audiology, Care, the NHS and others. You will also contribute to account based marketing programmes, working as part of a team across the marketing, commercial and product teams within the business. You will have a high level of autonomy within this role, although always under the direction of the UK General Manager as well as other members of the Senior Leadership Team. The role will be evaluated based upon campaign performance, collaboration with internal and external teams. We are looking for a bright, self motivated individual who can think independently and take initiative. You are able to work efficiently with minimal supervision and have effective problem solving skills. Previous experience of health care is not necessary but the ability to quickly grasp and understand a brief will be essential. You are a highly versatile, energetic individual who is detail and task orientated. You should have an entrepreneurial spirit, be practical with a positive can-do mentality. You have experience in digital marketing, including social media marketing and SEO. We are looking for candidates who are not only content marketing based, as the role is much more varied and your experience should extend to website management (primarily Wordpress), website analytics tools, paid advertising and content marketing. The Marketing Manager will work alongside the fractional marketing team to deliver the growth strategy for TympaHealth over the period of maternity leave. In the UK by 2030 hearing loss will overtake diabetes and cataracts in the top ten global disease burdens. TympaHealth is growing fast and is currently helping thousands of patients a year access vital ear and hearing healthcare services in the UK, with plans to expand globally. Requirements

  • a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other relevant fields
  • experience in a digital marketing or advertising role
  • an understanding of B2B marketing and marketing in a similar environment to TympaHealth
  • a practical and working knowledge of Salesforce
  • conversant with website analytics, social media platforms and digital advertising best practices
  • excellent written and oral communication skills
  • knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
  • strong analytical thinking skills
  • excellent leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • a working knowledge of HTML
  • capability in using Adobe suite
  • capability in video and / or photo editing

Responsibilities

  • Creating, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM) and pay per click (PPC).
  • Developing and maintaining brand websites both locally and internationally, creating and maintaining content.
  • Building and keeping the brand presence across multiple social media channels.
  • Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets.
  • Collaborating with product and sales teams to improve marketing results.
  • Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment.
  • Coordinating with the commercial and product teams to identify innovative growth strategies.
  • Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touch points and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.
