The Marketing Project & Operations Manager will be a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for managing and delivering marketing programs, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives within a B2B technology and professional services environment. This role is designed to support the growing scope and complexity of the marketing function by bringing experienced execution leadership across demand generation, GTM initiatives, creative production, marketing operations, and analytics. While this role does not own marketing strategy, it will require strong judgment, experience, and initiative to effectively manage execution, recognize when messaging or GTM flow may need to shift, and proactively provide informed recommendations to the VP of Marketing. The ideal candidate has direct experience in B2B tech/services marketing, brings ideas and practical insight, and continuously looks for ways to improve, elevate, and optimize marketing execution within a lean, fast-moving team.
