Make Your Mark at Prysmian Group - Join Us TEAM OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITES: Night Shift, 7pm to 7am 21-day rotation (36/48) This position is responsible for the direction of assigned production resources to ensure optimum manufacturing performance regarding minimizing cost and achieving the highest possible levels of quality and delivery in accordance with the approved business plan. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for the managing of hourly direct labor team members in the assigned manufacturing areas and shift. This position is also responsible for effectively managing cross-functional relationships with other departments to support effective use of manpower, materials, and equipment, as well as productivity improvement initiatives. Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a team-based manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience supervising people
  • Experience in manufacturing management
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Solid planning, leadership, and administrative skills
  • Good understanding of business principles and practices; can effectively manage the manufacturing function with a bottom-line result
  • Critical thinker, with excellent analytical abilities

Nice To Haves

  • MS Office and systems knowledge
  • AS degree or BS degree
