About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Team Member to join our high-performing operations team. This role is ideal for individuals with proven experience in high-volume distribution environments, particularly with stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks. Schedule: Monday - Friday Shift: 2nd 3:00pm - 11:00pm Hourly Rate: $20.00 + $1.00 Shift Differential

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 year of experience in a high-volume warehouse or shipping environment
Minimum 2 years of experience operating stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks
Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming finished goods for accuracy and damage
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and care
Operate stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Support inventory accuracy through proper documentation and cycle counting
Comply with all company safety, quality, and operational procedures
