DAC Consulting Group, a nationally recognized aesthetic practice consulting firm, is proud to partner with Eden Health Clubs in the search for an exceptional Medical Aesthetician to join their team in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The Medical Aesthetician will play a critical role in delivering elevated patient experiences while driving clinical results and revenue growth. This individual must be both clinically skilled and sales-minded, with the ability to build strong client relationships, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and confidently recommend services and products. You will work alongside a highly trained clinical team to ensure each patient receives customized care aligned with their aesthetic and wellness goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a medical aesthetics setting
  • 3+ Years Strong experience with laser technologies (Sciton preferred) and advanced skin treatments
  • Proven ability to build a client base and generate consistent revenue
  • Passion for patient care combined with a results-driven, performance-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and closing skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • 5+ years of experience working as a licensed aesthetician, including aesthetic laser treatments
  • Licensed Esthetician or Medical Aesthetician certification (or equivalent clinical licensure)
  • Hands-on experience with Sciton laser platforms, DiamondGlow, and SkinPen
  • Experience performing non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic treatments, such as chemical peels and DiamondGlow
  • Experience conducting patient consultations and creating individualized treatment plans for aesthetic services
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, DiamondGlow, and laser procedures (BBL, HALO, MOXI, SkinTyte)
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and set clear expectations
  • Deliver advanced services such as PRP hair restoration and other regenerative treatments
  • Educate patients on medical-grade skincare and home care regimens to optimize outcomes
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up care
  • Collaborate with providers and the clinical team to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes
  • Actively contribute to practice growth through cross-selling, treatment plan conversions, and retail sales
