This part-time position requires weekend availability (and weekdays if available/when needed). A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in customer service, community events, sales, and/or work experience in the health & fitness industry. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Communicating effectively with team members and gym members
  • Conducting tours and welcoming customers
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
  • Managing membership and training sales
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Handling opening and closing duties
  • Managing communications via phone, email, text, and app
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others
  • Welcoming and assisting new and existing members with inquiries, tours, and membership sign-ups
  • Actively participating in local community events
