About The Position

NDM Hospitality is seeking a Bilingual Membership Coordinator (Portuguese/English) to support membership operations for multiple clubs, including Reunion West Club, Rolling Oaks Club, Spectrum Club, Reunion Village, and Sunset Walk Club. This position handles member onboarding, documentation, payments, communication, and customer service. Daily interaction with Portuguese‑speaking members makes Portuguese fluency mandatory.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) - REQUIRED.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
  • Professional communication skills and a service‑oriented approach.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle member concerns.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Reliable attendance and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, or extended hours when needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and walk long distances.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of hospitality experience (resort or club environment preferred).
  • Additional languages (Spanish is a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Provide membership information, rules, and access details to owners, members, realtors, property managers, and prospective buyers.
  • Assist members with completing and updating club forms and documents.
  • Communicate with members in Portuguese and English via phone, email, and in person.
  • Build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Process and issue membership cards; deliver cards to club locations as needed.
  • Maintain and update member profiles in the Club Management System.
  • Process membership payments (monthly dues, joining fees, amenity fees, replacement cards, lease fees).
  • Coordinate resale and leasing processes with realtors and title companies; prepare estoppels.
  • Record meeting minutes for monthly advisory board meetings.
  • Support member events, surveys, newsletters, and communications.
  • Promote member engagement and club usage.
  • Create and update department policies and SOPs.
