a Treasury Section Coordinator II – MIB Supervisor. The Treasury Section
Coordinator II is the Subject Matter Expert for all functions of the Management
Information and Billing (MIB) team and oversees the work of five full-time staff
members with multiple job classifications and varying levels of responsibility
and expertise. Work assigned is diverse, complex, and has a direct financial
impact on the timely receipt of County tax revenues. This work includes
training, research, analytics/reporting, problem resolution, file verification,
system improvements, billing, mail production, and the accurate application of
payments from multiple sources. This Coordinator implements directives and
monitors adherence by staff. The Coordinator must be able to work independently
with little oversight and take the initiative to resolve problems and improve
efficiencies.
