We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and service-oriented Move-In Coordinator to support residents and families through smooth, welcoming transitions into our community. This role works closely with Sales, Operations, and the leadership team to coordinate move-ins, support move-outs, and ensure residents feel informed, supported, and at home from day one. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (degree in social work, gerontology, or related field preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience working with older adults or in a service-oriented role
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
  • Compassionate, professional demeanor aligned with Touchmark values

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care
  • Welcome and orient new residents and families to the community
  • Serve as a liaison between residents, families, Sales, and Operations teams
  • Assist with admissions paperwork, contracts, and required documentation
  • Provide post–move-in follow-up to support successful transitions
  • Support creative sales events, tours, and outreach activities
  • Address resident and family concerns with professionalism and compassion
