You'll partner closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure every detail is handled with care. Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with residents, families, and professional partners
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Strong active listening and customer service skills
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift as needed
  • Ability to assist residents when necessary

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of resident move-ins, including documentation and logistics
  • Ensure a smooth, positive onboarding experience for new residents and families
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to support occupancy goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and community contacts
  • Assist with front desk responsibilities and provide exceptional customer service
  • Support new employee onboarding and orientation coordination
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
