About The Position

NeuAnalytics is looking for a National Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with existing clients. You will develop and implement strategic account plans, identify growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and engagement for our clients. You will identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and deeper platform adoption. This is a client-facing role that requires curiosity, initiative, and a genuine interest in helping our clients succeed. You’ll travel to customer sites, present client business reviews, attend industry conferences, and represent NeuAnalytics as a trusted advisor and partner. Critical, high visibility role within our company. About NeuAnalytics: NeuAnalytics helps large creditors modernize their collections, compliance, and vendor management operations. Our enterprise SaaS platform provides the insight and automation clients need to reduce risk, improve recovery, and strengthen operational control, all in one place. Requirements

  • Experience successfully managing a book of business (preferably valued in excess of $10M).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years working with SaaS-based technology account management or sales experience, ideally within the financial services industry.
  • Proven success growing existing accounts through consultative engagement and upselling.
  • Comfort with regular travel (up to 50%) to client sites and industry conferences.
  • Outgoing and engaging approach with executive presence.
  • Excellent presentation ability, seasoned influencing, and closing skills.
  • Experience successfully navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and grow existing client relationships by becoming a trusted partner to our clients.
  • Travel to client locations to conduct executive business reviews and other key presentations.
  • Travel to represent NeuAnalytics at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen visibility and engagement.
  • Drive net growth with existing NeuAnalytics clients and develop a deep understanding of these clients and their business priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships across multiple levels within each client organization.
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth and deeper client success using our platform.
  • Partner with internal teams — including Client Success, Product, Executives to ensure clients realize ongoing value from our platform.
  • High visibility role, frequently interacting and presenting to executive leadership keeping them apprised of client engagement.
