The National Account Manager is responsible for managing, retaining, and growing an assigned portfolio of national and regional chain customers. This role drives Easy Ice’s strategic growth by expanding account revenue, adding new locations, and strengthening long-term partnerships. The National Account Manager delivers regular business reviews, understands evolving customer needs, and executes account strategies to support monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of B2B account management experience, preferably with multi-location or chain customers.
  • Proven success growing existing accounts and meeting revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of national account relationships as the primary point of contact.
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue/sales goals.
  • Grow assigned accounts through expansion, upgrades, and service renewals.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews to highlight value and identify new opportunities.
  • Understand customer organizational structures, billing processes, and procurement requirements.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Review site surveys, installation timelines, and service deployment details with customers.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account documentation in CRM.
  • Prepare pricing, proposals, and renewals that meet Easy Ice and customer standards.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support company objectives.
