We are looking for a dynamic North America Sales Aftermarket & OE Finance Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in-office Tuesday through Thursday weekly, offering the perfect balance of collaborative face-time and flexible remote work. In this pivotal role, you won’t just be crunching numbers; you will be the primary finance partner for our North America Aftermarket and OE Sales team(s). You will provide the strategic financial leadership necessary to drive profitable growth and play a lead role in shaping commercial strategy—from high-stakes pricing negotiations and rebate process optimization to full financial lifecycle analysis for new OE program launches.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize revenue, margin, and cash flow across Aftermarket and OE channels
  • Support sales leadership with data-driven financial insights
  • Strengthen pricing discipline, discount governance, rebate process and profitability analysis
  • Improve forecasting accuracy and support IBP process
  • Act as a trusted finance business partner to Sales and Commercial leadership
