About The Position

In this role, you will serve as a crucial technical advocate for our clients, leading the design and implementation of complex observability solutions tailored to modern infrastructures. Your expertise will help ensure long-term customer success by embedding our technology into mission-critical systems. You'll collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and internal teams to drive engagement and facilitate best practices. This position offers the opportunity to influence customer outcomes significantly in a high-growth environment, all while working remotely.

Requirements

  • Located in Canada, ideally in Toronto.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Math, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, account management, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of observability solutions, with knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki considered a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools (CRM, ticketing systems, programming languages).
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%).
  • Ability to identify and offer timely solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of customers.
  • Design the observability maturity journey of clients and guide them on that path.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting to enhance product adoption.
  • Conduct regular technical reviews to ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Advise clients on best practices for leveraging technology to meet business goals.
  • Develop and execute technical roadmaps in collaboration with clients.
  • Identify opportunities for optimizing costs and expanding the use of solutions.
  • Drive adoption of product suite within customer portfolios to maximize value.
  • Articulate customer needs and advocate for feature requests internally.
  • Conduct training sessions and create technical documentation for clients.
